From Asterix to Garfield, from Tintin to the Japanese Anime cartoons, there is something for everyone at the soon to open Cartoon Museum in Poitou-Charentes in Western France.
Event organiser Akemi Solloway announced two special guests for the upcoming Japanese Art Festival being held at the Richmond Adult Community College in London on 28th February and 1st March.
