Thirty-three projects of unexpected art will be implemented in a variety of extraordinary city places, like the market, bridges, dead fountains, and inner yards of the Old Town or unfinished ghost buildings. Special maps will help people to detect the “hidden” attractions.

This project is a part of various events and celebrations programme, as Vilnius becomes the European Capital of Culture 2009. This year will be more than special for the country as Lithuania will commemorate its name millennium also. Vilnius will be filled with more than 300 culture, art and social events with over 90 per cent of premiers and half of the events free.
